Credit card payment security

Privacy of your data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. Online billing sites are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.

This enables the secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.

WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.

The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

Protection and collection of personal data statement

We undertake to protect the personal data of customers, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that is necessary to fulfill our obligations; we inform customers about the use of collected data, we regularly give customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to do their job. All our employees and business partners are obliged to respect the terms of privacy protection.

Methods and conditions of payment

Conditions for merchandise and services sale

These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and reclamation of products offered on site www.tariaresort.hr . Websites can be used for your private use without any use fees, and according to the following terms and conditions.

The seller is TARIA RESORT d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to this site who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment by credit card or cash on delivery.

Ordering

The customer orders the product or products via an electronic order form.

A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and sends the order.

All prices are expressed in EUR with VAT.

Merchandise is ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and storing it in the cart. It is considered ordered at the moment when the customer chooses and confirms the method of payment.

Payment

Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.

Delivery

Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and in case of damage to immediately reclaim the product to the deliverer (employee of the company that performs delivery). Seller disclaims all liability for damage that may occur during delivery.

If the customer does not receive the merchandise, or the delivery notice, after it has been sent, within the expected time, the customer has the right to inform the seller in order to take action to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.

If the customer refuses to receive the merchandise he has ordered from the seller, the seller has the right to demand from the customer compensation of all costs related to delivery.

The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.

After the courier service (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and any delays and problems that may arise in connection with further handling and delivery of merchandise.

If the customer chooses the option to download the product instead of delivery, the seller undertakes to send a notice exclusively in the form of an e-mail to the customer, which will contain download links and instructions. Upon receipt of the email (download notification), the customer can immediately download the product.

Complaints

The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the description of the product listed on www.tariaresort.hr . The image illustrating the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product and the customer cannot complaint this segment.

In the event of a technical malfunction of the audio recordings stored on the audio transmitter, the seller takes full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the customer is obliged to complaint the product within 4 (four) working days. After complaining the technical malfunction, the customer is obliged to return the technically malfunctioned sound transmission by mail, along with the invoice, after which the seller will send the customer a replacement product within 3 (three) working days, free of charge. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but only a replacement product.

The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the courier service (the company that performs the delivery of products).

If the customer chooses the download option and is unable to download due to technical problems caused on the seller’s server, the seller undertakes to send an e-mail with a new download option for which the customer does not bear any costs.

If the customer is not able to download due to technical problems on the seller’s server after a new download option, the customer is obliged to contact the seller’s sales service, which will offer an adequate solution that will not include any fees and further costs by the customer. The customer has no right to request a refund in this situation.

In case the customer cannot download the product and the technical problems are not related to the seller, but are caused by the customer, operator or third party, the seller does not bear any responsibility and is not obliged to allow the buyer to download or deliver merchandise free of charge.

The customer is obliged to download the product within 5 (five) working days, after that he will no longer be able to download the product, regardless of the fact that he has made the payment. In this case, the customer disclaims any complaint.

Copyright protection

All rights of the publisher and the holder of the program on the recorded and printed work are reserved. The publisher is TARIA RESORT d.o.o. The customer undertakes not to unauthorisedly reproduce, perform, use for broadcasting and sell the seller’s products or any part of these products.

In general

TARIA RESORT d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will apply to the use of the www.tariaresort.hr site. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.

The services provided by the www.tariaresort.hr online store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our site. TARIA RESORT d.o.o. is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may occur.

Although TARIA RESORT d.o.o. strives to give the best possible offer of services, TARIA RESORT d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the services on www.tariaresort.hr will suit your needs.

TARIA RESORT d.o.o. nor can it guarantee that the service will be error-free. If an error occurs, please report it to our e-mail booking@tariaresort.hr in order to eliminate it as soon as possible.

Currency conversion statement

All payments will be made in EUR. The amount charged to your credit card account is converted to your local currency at the association’s exchange rate.

SIGURNOST PLAĆANJA KREDITNIM KARTICAMA

Tajnost Vaših podataka je zaštićena i osigurana korištenjem posljednje verzije TLS enkripcije. Stranice za naplatu putem interneta osigurane su korištenjem Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protokola sa 128-bitnom enkripcijom podataka. SSL enkripcija je postupak šifriranja podataka radi sprječavanja neovlaštenog pristupa prilikom njihovog prijenosa.

Time je omogućen siguran prijenos informacija te onemogućen nedozvoljen pristup podacima prilikom komunikacije između korisnikovog računala i WebPay servisa, te obratno.

WebPay servis i financijske ustanove razmjenjuju podatke uporabom virtualne privatne mreže (VPN), koja je zaštićena od neautoriziranog pristupa.

Trgovac ne pohranjuje brojeve kreditnih kartica i brojevi nisu dostupni neovlaštenim osobama.

Proces rezervacije

  • Rezervaciju možete izvršiti putem web stranice tariaresort.hr klikom na opciju „Info & Booking” uz željenu vilu
  • Izaberite datume boravka i tip vile, zatim unesite svoje osobne podatke i podatke za plaćanje. Rezervacija postaje potvrđena tek nakon uspješne uplate.

Načini plaćanja

  • Plaćanje se vrši putem Monri Payment Gateway, podržavajući debitne i kreditne kartice (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners).

Potvrda rezervacije

  • Nakon uspješno izvršene uplate, na vašu e-mail adresu stiže službena potvrda s detaljima rezervirane vile, datumima boravka i svim relevantnim informacijama o boravku.

Prijava (Check in) i odjava (Check out)

  • Prijava (Check in): od 16:00 do 22:00 sata, uz predočenje osobnog dokumenta s fotografijom (npr. putovnica, osobna iskaznica) i kartice za plaćanje.
  • Odjava (Check out): od 07:00 do 10:00 sati
  • Molimo goste da unaprijed najave planirano vrijeme dolaska putem e maila ili u posebnom polju „posebne želje” prilikom rezervacije

Otkazivanje i izmjene rezervacije

  • Uvjeti otkazivanja i moguće prednaplate razlikuju se ovisno o tipu smještajne jedinice i veličini rezervacije — provjerite specifične uvjete pri odabiru vile

Ostale važne informacije

  • Vile se iznajmljuju kao samostalne jedinice — nećete dijeliti bazen niti prostor s drugim gostima.

REKLAMACIJE

Taria Resort obvezuje se gostima pružiti smještaj koji tehnički i funkcionalno odgovara opisu navedenom na službenoj web stranici www.tariaresort.hr. Fotografije vila prikazane na stranici informativnog su karaktera te mogu odstupati u detaljima (raspored, dekoracija, boje). Kupac/gost nema pravo reklamirati takva odstupanja ukoliko ne utječu bitno na kvalitetu usluge.

U slučaju bilo kakvih tehničkih ili funkcionalnih problema u vili (npr. kvar na bazenu, klima uređaju, grijanju, električnim instalacijama), gost je dužan odmah po dolasku ili najkasnije u roku od 24 sata kontaktirati vlasnika ili službu za korisnike putem broja/e-maila navedenog u potvrdi rezervacije.

Reklamacija mora sadržavati:

  • opis problema
  • fotografiju (ako je moguće)
  • broj rezervacije i ime gosta

Taria Resort će u najkraćem mogućem roku, a najkasnije u roku od 48 sati, ukloniti prijavljeni tehnički kvar ili osigurati primjereno rješenje (npr. alternativni smještaj jednake ili više kategorije), bez dodatne naknade za gosta.

Povrat sredstava

Povrat novca se ne odobrava za probleme koji nisu pravovremeno prijavljeni ili koji se mogu riješiti unutar razumnog roka tijekom boravka. U slučaju objektivne nemogućnosti pružanja rezervirane usluge (npr. zbog štete nastale prije dolaska gosta), Taria Resort će ponuditi:

  • zamjenski smještaj iste ili više kategorije, ili
  • povrat sredstava za neiskorišteni dio boravka, po dogovoru.

Odgovornost

Taria Resort ne snosi odgovornost za štete nastale tijekom dostave osobnih stvari gosta (npr. prilikom putovanja), kao ni za vremenske uvjete, buku iz okoline, privremene nestanke struje ili vode koji su izvan naše kontrole.
